Need a hand?
Send us an email and a person will read it. There is no ticket number to chase and no bot in the way — if you would rather look it up yourself, the FAQ and the whole help section are built into the app and work with no signal.
Email us
The fastest way to reach us, and the one we answer. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead — that is usually enough for us to work it out without a back-and-forth.
support@galaray.appWe read every message that comes in. If it turns out to be a question other people have too, it usually ends up in the FAQ.
What helps us sort it out faster
- What you were doing when it went wrong — which screen, and what you tapped.
- A screenshot, if there was something on screen worth seeing.
- Your Support ID — see below. It lets us find your device even if you have never made an account.
- Your phone — iPhone or Android, and roughly which model.
Answers you can get right now
-
Help & FAQ
Ghost Camera, pairing old photos, plans, Live Showcase Links, offline use and privacy — all answered in one searchable list. Read the FAQ.
The same list is inside the app under Settings → Help & FAQ, so it works on a job site with one bar.
-
Contact us, from the app
Settings → Contact us writes the email for you: pick a subject, type what happened, attach screenshots straight from your phone, and it hands the finished message to your mail app to send.
-
Help & Tutorials
Tap the ? in the top bar of the app for the walkthroughs — they run over the real screen and show you where everything is.
-
Your Support ID
Settings → Support ID & diagnostics. Tap Copy Support ID and paste it into your email — it is how we find your device without needing an account.
Found a bug, or want something built?
Both go to the same place, and both are read. Use Settings → Contact us and set Subject to Bug Report or Feature Request — or just email support@galaray.app and say which it is. GalaRay is still growing and what gets asked for is what gets built next, so it is worth telling us.
Plans, billing and cancelling
Your subscription is billed by the store you bought it from — the App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android — so a few of these are quicker to do yourself than to email about:
- Change or cancel a plan: open Settings in the app and tap Change or cancel plan on your plan card. You keep everything until the period you have already paid for runs out.
- You paid but it still says Free: Compare plans → Restore purchases, signed in to the same store account you bought with. If it still will not budge, email us and we will sort it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, because they took the payment — see our Terms. Email us anyway if something does not look right and we will help you chase it.
Deleted something by mistake?
Do not email first — check Settings → Recently Deleted. Deleted projects and photos wait there for 30 days and go back with a tap. After 30 days they are gone for good, so it is worth looking straight away.
