By downloading or using GalaRay ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use GalaRay to create before/after and marketing content for your own business.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and content you create. You are responsible for having the right to use the images you import and for how you use the results. Don't use the app to create unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.

Subscriptions & billing

Pro and Business Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions, billed by the app store you bought them from — the Apple App Store on iPhone and iPad, or Google Play on Android. A free trial (when offered) automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Manage or cancel anytime in that store’s own account settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions on Android. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep your plan until the period you have already paid for runs out. Prices may change with notice, and refunds are handled by that store under its own policy — Apple’s on iOS, Google’s on Android. We cannot issue a refund for a purchase we never took payment for.

AI features

AI Bulk Import, auto-align, and Ghost Camera alignment are convenience tools that run on-device and may not be perfect. The AI Content Studio additionally uses a cloud AI service (OpenAI) to write captions and generate artwork from your business details — its output can be inaccurate or unexpected. Always review your before/after pairs and any AI output before publishing them.

Connecting accounts

You can connect a Google Business Profile from Settings in the app. Today that connection is read-only: GalaRay uses it to fill in your review link, and does not post anything. Publishing from GalaRay to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google is not available yet. When it is, you will remain fully responsible for everything you publish — the photos, video, captions and timing — for having the rights to post it, and for complying with each platform’s own terms and content policies. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which deletes the stored access token.

Scheduled posts

Scheduling in Studio saves a date, time, platforms and caption on your device so you can plan ahead. GalaRay does not publish the post for you — automatic publishing is not available yet. You can edit or remove a scheduled item at any time.

Accounts & Cloud Backup

An account is optional and free to create; Cloud Backup is part of a paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the content you back up. Cloud Backup is a convenience copy, not an archive — your device keeps the original, and you should not rely on it as your only copy of important work. We may set fair-use limits on storage, and we'll tell you before reducing any limit that affects you. You can turn backup off, or ask us to delete your account and stored data, at any time.

Referral & gift codes

Any referral or gift codes are for personal use, have no cash value, are not for resale, and may be modified or revoked to prevent abuse.

"As is" & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
