By downloading or using GalaRay ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use GalaRay to create before/after and marketing content for your own business.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and content you create. You are responsible for having the right to use the images you import and for how you use the results. Don't use the app to create unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.

Subscriptions & billing

Pro and Premium are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through the App Store or Google Play. A free trial (when offered) automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings. The one-time watermark removal is a single purchase. Prices may change with notice; purchases are subject to the applicable store's refund policy.

AI features

AI Bulk Import, auto-align, and Ghost Camera alignment are convenience tools that run on-device and may not be perfect. The AI Content Studio additionally uses a cloud AI service (OpenAI) to write captions and generate artwork from your business details — its output can be inaccurate or unexpected. Always review your before/after pairs and any AI output before publishing them.

Publishing to connected accounts

If you connect a Google Business Profile, you remain responsible for everything published to it through GalaRay, including photos and caption text. Content you publish is also subject to Google's own policies. You can disconnect at any time from Settings in the app.

Referral & gift codes

Any referral or gift codes are for personal use, have no cash value, are not for resale, and may be modified or revoked to prevent abuse.

"As is" & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
